How We Ship

All products are sealed in boxes and carefully packaged. All electronic products are tested and mechanically inspected before dispatch. We are confident that you will be satisfied when you open your RoboMarket box.

Warehouse Location: All our stock is held in Bucharest, Romania. Products in stock are processed within 1–3 business days.

Dispatch Time

All in-stock products are shipped within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. During promotions, stock shortages, or public holidays, this period may be extended. Customers are informed by email in such cases.


Shipping Costs

Domestic shipping within Romania starts at 10.99 RON (EasyBox). The final cost depends on your selected courier, delivery address, and package weight or dimensions. The exact fee is shown during checkout.

Free Shipping: Available for all Romanian orders over 150 RON.


International Shipping

We currently ship to countries within the European Union. International delivery fees and times vary by destination. Please enter your country and postal code during checkout to receive an accurate estimate.


Return & Refund Policy

You may return a product for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.


Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, warranty cards, and manuals.
  • Returns must include your order number (RMA). Please contact us to request an RMA before returning your product.
  • If the product is defective or we made an error, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.


Wrong or Damaged Products

If you received the wrong or a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Send your order number and a photo of the item to our support team, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
